Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 June 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the STAMPT website and service (“Service”), operated by George Simpson (trading as STAMPT) (“STAMPT”, “we”, “us”).

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. Account and credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information, and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or breach.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • using the Service for any unlawful purpose;
  • uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code;
  • attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or its infrastructure;
  • scraping, data mining, or otherwise extracting data in an unauthorised manner;
  • infringing intellectual property rights of STAMPT or any third party;
  • interfering with the proper working of the Service or other users’ use of it.

5. Subscription and payments

STAMPT is a subscription-based service. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, subscription management, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms, which you accept when completing a purchase: Paddle Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting Paddle support.

6. Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact us at hello@stampt.co.uk.

7. Intellectual property

STAMPT owns all intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, documentation, branding, and design. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service strictly within the scope of your subscription plan.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g., equipment lists, serial numbers, photos). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Service availability and disclaimer

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that affect availability. We are not liable for any suspension or interruption of the Service.

9. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, create a security risk, or repeatedly violate our policies.

You may close your account at any time via your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STAMPT’s aggregate liability is limited to the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), except where liability cannot be excluded by law (e.g., fraud, death, or personal injury).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STAMPT and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
